This work package is responsible for the overarching coordination and governance of the project. It ensures smooth collaboration across partners and alignment with project goals.
Key activities include organizing regular meetings for the project team, establishing a reference group with relevant stakeholders, and identifying long-term financing options for the platform after the project’s conclusion. The project management also monitors progress across all work packages to ensure timely and effective delivery of results.
