SWEPASS
SwePass is a Swedish platform initiative developed to address traceability and digital product passports (DPPs) for sustainable value chains. Coordinated by RISE, it builds on the success of Trace4Value and involves diverse partners across industries, academia, and public sectors. SwePass aims to support Swedish industries, particularly SMEs, in meeting new EU regulations like the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). By fostering collaboration and innovation, it connects national and European initiatives like CIRPASS and FinnPass.
The project features work packages including demonstrators for textile sorting, construction, and product lifecycle traceability. SwePass promotes knowledge-sharing, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business models while enabling circular economy practices through data transparency. It aspires to establish Sweden as a leader in traceability and sustainable digital transformation.
You can learn more about SwePass and its various work packages under each dedicated section in the menu SWEPASS.
